Auto Predictive Maintenance

The Predictive Maintenance integration app enables vehicle event data such as DTC codes, sensor values, odometer-reading, trip planning, and more to sync with Automotive Cloud. Availability of this data in Automotive Cloud enables the customer to build predictive models and provide preventive maintenance to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction and prolonging vehicle life.

The following are some use cases for this integration:

• Event Data is captured by Qualcomm C2C and sent to MuleSoft to further process the data and then send it to Automotive Cloud
• Customers can request an estimate of the intended repairs from Automotive Cloud.
• Customers can book a service appointment for the intended repairs in Automotive Cloud.
